Planning your tournament
Woodland Hills Golf Course is able to provide carts for up to 68 players. Events with more than 68 players are required to provide carts for players in excess of the 68 total participants.
Shotgun starts are available for a minimum of 36 players. Tee time starts are available for events with fewer than 36 players.

Dress Code
The tournament coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that participants are properly attired. Proper attire is defined as regular and customary apparel worn by golfers. Collared shirts are preferred for men. No metal spikes are allowed.
Private Beer Coolers
Woodland Hills Golf Course has both beverage coolers and ice available for beverages purchased by participants from Woodland Hills Golf Course. Participants are prohibited from bringing their own beverages or private coolers.
Liability
The tournament coordinator shall be responsible for any and all damages to equipment or property on the golf course caused by tournament participants.
Payment Options
Full payment will be made by the tournament coordinator or his/her representative. Tournament fees or cart fees will not be accepted from individual tournament participants.
Inclement Weather & Uncontrollable Events
In the event of inclement weather and/or other uncontrollable events, Woodland Hills reserves the right to deal with each tournament/outing as an independent event. Woodland Hills reserves the right to make “on the spot” judgment calls in dealing with the given circumstances. The golf professional, superintendent, or their staff will make every effort to reschedule or rectify the situation in an equitable manner.
